If you have recently received a text message from Fr. Scott asking for assistance purchasing gift cards for people who are ill,
please know that such a request is a scam.
This has unfortunately been a tactic that scammers have been using over the past couple years,
posing as trusted individuals seeking gift cards from various outlets.
Fr. Scott, Angelina or Jay would never contact anyone with such a request.
If you receive such a text, block the number and delete the text.
If you are able, please let us know in the parish office
so we can keep others informed if this continues.
Lastly, please to let others who may not see this as well
to do likewise if they receive such a text.
